Frontline Housing Manager – Estate Services

Kirklees Metropolitan Council is seeking an Estate Manager to provide a range of housing management services, including repairs and maintenance, and tenancy management. You will work with a supportive team and serve as the main contact for residents across about 900 properties.

This varied role does not require direct estate management experience but does require excellent organizational skills and the ability to develop strong relationships with residents and agencies. The position offers a salary range between £40,737 and £49,365 per annum, alongside generous benefits and flexible working arrangements.
