Responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day running of the office and ensure smooth operations.
- Manage administrative processes and support multiple departments.
- Coordinate engineers’ schedules, diaries and customer appointments.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
- Process documentation, service reports and company records.
- Support senior management with operational and office‑related tasks.
- Drive continuous improvements to office processes and procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Office Manager, Administrator or similar role.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Experience coordinating multiple workloads in a busy environment.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to commute to the Staffordshire office.
