Real Estate Paralegal

We’re working with a highly regarded London law firm seeking a Commercial Property Paralegal to support Partners and Senior Associates on a broad range of high-quality real estate matters.

You’ll gain exposure to:

• Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
• Landlord & tenant work
• Asset management
• Title investigations and due diligence
• SDLT submissions, Land Registry applications and post-completion matters
• Drafting legal documents and liaising directly with clients

You’ll ideally have:

• 1-2 years’ commercial property paralegal experience
• Strong drafting skills
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• A genuine interest in developing a long-term career in commercial real estate

Hybrid working (4 days in the office) with excellent training, responsibility and career progression.
