- etion.Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic Project Management expe
- rtise.Building and developing long-term client relation
- ships.Supporting business development activities, bids and tender submis
- sions.Identifying opportunities for repeat business and helping to grow the Project Management se
- rvice.Mentoring and developing Project Managers within the Birmingham
- team.Leading project governance, programme reporting and stakeholder engag
- ement.Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality project out
comes.About You – We’re looking for an experienced Project Management professiona
- l with:A consultancy background delivering construction or healthcare p
- rojects.Significant experience managing complex capital projects from feasibility through to com
- pletion.Strong commercial awareness and client-facing exp
- erience.The ability to build trusted relationships with senior stake
- holders.Experience leading teams, mentoring colleagues and supporting business
- growth.Excellent communication, leadership and organisational
