Fostering Supervising Social Worker – Trauma-Informed Care

Portsmouth City Council is looking for a passionate Supervising Social Worker to join their Fostering Service, supporting foster carers to provide stable homes for children. You will manage a caseload, ensuring compliance with fostering standards while promoting trauma-informed care. The role offers extensive learning opportunities and a chance to work within a supportive team.

The ideal candidate will have a qualification with Social Work England, experience with children’s services, and strong communication skills. You’ll be required to work at least 2 days a week in the office.
