Carbon Fiber Laminator Trainee: Precision & Training

Crosby Composites in Brackley is looking for individuals to assist in the manufacturing of high-quality carbon fibre components and tooling. This role requires hands-on work experience and attention to detail in a fast-paced production environment.

While previous composite manufacturing experience is not essential, candidates should demonstrate transferable skills from industries like dressmaking or upholstery. Full training will be provided for those with the right attitude.
