Community Healthcare Assistant – Complex Care
Location: Gloucester
Shifts: Monday‑Sunday: 08:00‑20:00 & 20:00‑08:00 (24/7)
Pay Rates (including holiday pay):
- Days: £18.56 per hour
- Nights: £20.83 per hour

You will work one‑to‑one managing all clinical and social needs for a young female client and receive training, shadow shifts, and full clinical sign‑off.
Responsibilities
- Build trust with individuals and families.
- Create and maintain safe care environments.
- Assist patients with daily activities and personal care.
- Provide or coordinate clinical support and manage social needs.
- Encourage and facilitate community participation and recreational activities.
Qualifications
- Compassionate, resilient, and genuinely passionate about person‑centered care.
- Minimum 12 months of UK care experience.
- Exposure to complex clinical care.
- Proficient in personal care duties.
