An opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team as a full-time Private Client Solicitor NQ – 2 years PQE, the role is located in Aylesbury. We will also consider a Paralegal or Legal Executive who has experience working in a Private Client department. As a Private Client fee earner, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, estate planning, and trusts, lasting powers of attorney and deputyships.

To apply for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of Private Client law, including estate planning, wills and trusts, and probate matters
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- A critical thinker with excellent attention to detail
- A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience in other areas of law, such as conveyancing, is a plus but not required.
