Empowering Social Care Assistant – Inclusion & Team Impact

Comhairle nan Eilean Siar is looking for a Social Care Assistant to work at St Brendans in Kirkwall. This permanent role offers 37 hours per week and a salary of £30,758 to £31,935 per annum, including a £2,997 Distant Islands Allowance. You will support adults with varied needs, promoting independence and participation in local activities.

The ideal candidate should have an SVQ Level II in Care or be willing to obtain this within 36 months of registration. Effective communication and teamwork skills are essential.
