Assistant Manager

Full Time (42hr per week) / Early Start 4am

Responsibilities

  • Support the General Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure everything runs smoothly. Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer service and consistently high-quality food, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment built on teamwork and camaraderie. Ensure exceptional customer experiences and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Assist in training and developing team members to grow professionally within Pret. Work closely with front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams to contribute to efficient service, uphold health and safety standards, and support stock control through stock ordering, stock takes, and waste reduction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail or hospitality and knowledge of leading a team, driving profit, and delivering great customer experiences while keeping energy and standards high.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and make decisions in the moment.
