About Passion

We’re a creative agency of around ten people doing serious work for clients who care about growth. Video, paid media, SEO, design – we build and run campaigns that perform. We’re not a faceless production house. We think strategically, move fast, and take ownership of results.

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to own our paid media and SEO output and help shape how we grow – for our clients and for ourselves.

The role

You’ll lead performance marketing strategy and execution across client accounts, spanning paid media and organic search. Working closely with our creative and web teams, you’ll build campaigns and programmes that actually convert and compound over time. This isn’t a reporting role. You’ll be making calls, testing hypotheses, and taking responsibility for outcomes.

You’ll also have a seat at the table when it comes to new business – helping us pitch, price, and position our performance offering with confidence.

What you’ll do

  • Own paid strategy across Google, Meta, and any other relevant channels for a portfolio of client accounts
  • Lead SEO strategy – technical audits, on-page optimisation, content strategy, and link building – alongside our SEO apprentice
  • Build, manage, and optimise campaigns from brief through to reporting
  • Work with our creative team to brief and iterate on ad creative based on performance data
  • Ensure paid and organic strategies are joined up, not siloed
  • Set up tracking, attribution, and reporting infrastructure that gives clients and the team clear visibility
  • Identify growth opportunities – new channels, new audiences, new approaches – and make the case for them
  • Contribute to pitches and proposals for prospective clients
  • Stay close to platform changes, algorithm updates, and industry developments that affect our work
  • Help us build repeatable systems and processes as the agency scales

What we’re looking for

  • Five or more years in performance marketing, with strong experience across both paid media and SEO
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
  • Solid grounding in SEO – you understand technical SEO, content, and authority building, and how they interact
  • Proven track record of managing meaningful budgets and delivering measurable results
  • Comfortable with analytics: GA4, Google Search Console, data studio or equivalent, pixel/tag setup, conversion tracking
  • A strategic thinker who can also get into the detail when it matters
  • Clear communicator – you can explain performance data to a client without hiding behind jargon
  • Agency background preferred; you understand how to manage multiple accounts without dropping the ball

Bonus points

  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads, programmatic, or other emerging channels
  • Familiarity with AI tools and how they’re changing search, creative testing, and campaign management
  • Experience mentoring or managing junior team members
