The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Relevant LSA qualifications and/or experience working within primary school classrooms
- Experience of supporting children with additional needs, including SEND
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as partof a team
- A nurturing, patient and positive approach to supporting children’s learning and wellbeing
- Initiative, flexibility and the ability to adapt within a busy classroom environment
- A clear understanding of safeguarding and a commitment to promoting the welfare of all children
- A commitment to upholding and promoting the values and ethos of the school & Trust
