Key Responsibilities

As a Care and Support Worker, you will promote inclusivity, individuality and independence by supporting tenants who lead active lives exploring their interests. You will ensure that services are delivered with empathy, dignity, respect, inclusivity and integrity, listen carefully, communicate effectively, act courageously without fear, and provide a positive environment with a proactive approach to meet customer needs.
