This role includes supervising prisoners as part of daily operational duties, so professionalism, respect, and strong communication skills are essential. Key ResponsibilitiesWorking as Part of the Stores Team Assist with goods in and out of the facilitySupport order fulfilment and deliveries for all departmentsMaintain accurate stock controlCarry out general store-person duties, including: Laundry operationsBack gate security checksGrounds maintenanceGeneral labouring tasks Supervision & Support Supervise prisoners undertaking: Bin collectionsLitter pickingLaundry tasksStores deliveries Facilities & Grounds Assist with bins, waste management and overall site cleanlinessSupport grounds maintenance activities What We’re Looking ForEssential Skills & Qualities Strong, positive communication skillsGood organisation, with the ability to prioritise workloadBasic IT skillsLives locally to BrixtonCapable of passing full Prison Service vetting Our Values: Excel.
