Matchday Security – Stadiums
This role is based in West Yorkshire and covers a range of football and rugby stadia, including Leeds United, Huddersfield Town, Burnley FC and Manchester United. Opportunities also exist in specialist roles such as VIP Hospitality and Players’ Areas.
Role Overview
The Event Security Officer ensures the safety and security of all attendees at stadium events. Primary duties include:
- Performing searches on spectators
- Directing spectators
- Monitoring crowds
- Managing queues
Role Requirements
- Minimum 75 % commitment to games at one or multiple client venues
- At least 18 years old
- Minimum DS‑level SIA licence
- Hold or be enrolled on a Level 2 Spectator Safety qualification
- Excellent communication skills
- Friendly, approachable, professional manner
- Previous security, stewarding or customer‑care experience advantageous
