About The Role

Develop and grow as a Positive Behaviour Support Worker with Swanton Community Services team.

You will need to be enthusiastic, have great people skills, and a positive and proactive approach to your role.

We are looking for a positive behaviour support workers to join Swanton.

Experience in PBS would be beneficial however, you will receive in‑depth in‑house training and support within your role.

This role is dedicated to delivering positive, person‑centred outcomes for adults and young people with complex care needs who rely on our services.

Your Proven Experience

  • Health and social care, with a minimum of a Level 2 NVQ
  • Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with service users, their circle of support and colleagues
  • Effective verbal and written communication
  • Good IT skills

The role is subject to proof of eligibility to work in the UK, satisfactory references & an enhanced DBS check.
