About The Role

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading strategy across a portfolio of commercial brands, delivering audience‑first insights and standout creative briefs.
  • Collaborating with client and creative teams to turn challenges into award‑winning, effective campaigns.
  • Playing a key role in pitches and new business development, creating compelling narratives that win clients.
  • Building long‑term client partnerships, identifying opportunities to grow relationships and deliver more impact.
  • Championing marketing effectiveness, using data and analysis to prove success and push for innovation.
  • Supporting and mentoring a talented team of planners, shaping agency culture and future leaders.

Salary up to £80k (DOE) – Hybrid 3 dpw, Central London.

About You

  • 8+ years’ strategic planning experience in top integrated creative agencies, with a proven track record of award‑winning big brand campaigns.
  • Strong experience in brand, campaign and product launch strategy, ideally with direct response and DRTV exposure.
  • A confident communicator with the gravitas to influence clients at the highest level.
  • Skilled in insight generation, data interpretation and building integrated strategies that connect intelligence to creativity.
