•tContribute to technical design, architecture discussions and system thinking
Collaborate closely with
- tSalesforce Developers team
•tAngular frontend engineers•tTesters, Product Managers and Architects•tWork in a modern environment using Git, Jira, IntelliJ, CI/CD pipelines•tTake part in Scrum / SAFe ceremonies, quarterly planning and product releases•tContribute to a product roadmap that increasingly includes AI-driven capabilitiesWork hands-on with: Apex, SOQL, JavaScript, Salesforce Lightning / Lightning Web Components (LWC) / VisualForce / APIsImportant: this role requires real, hands-on development on Salesforce — it is not a configuration or admin position.
Core skills
- tProven experience with object-oriented programming, e.g. Java or C#
•tExperience developing with Salesforce Lightning•tHands-on delivery of solutions on the

- tStrong proficiency in Apex, SOQL and JavaScript
•tAbility to manage and deliver complex business and technical requirements
Nice to have
- tExperience with Git, Jira and IntelliJ, and CI/CD practices
•tExposure to Salesforce REST APIs•tSalesforce Developer Certification
