Are you a Maintenance Operative with a background in Gardening, Landscaping, or a similar field, looking to join a thriving company offering a long‑term and stable position, a good work‑life balance, and progression to supervisory roles?
This role involves travelling to both residential and commercial sites to perform general gardening and landscaping tasks such as digging, turfing, pruning, and site clearance. The company provides fully funded training for extra qualifications and certificates.
Established 30 years ago, this company is one of the UK’s leading specialists in invasive plant removal, working across England and Wales in residential and commercial properties.
Responsibilities
- Managing and removing invasive plants such as bamboo or Japanese knotweed
- Assisting with gardening, landscaping, and site clearance work
- Receiving full training through shadowing a Supervisor, plus funded external courses
- Working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week
- Travelling to both residential and commercial sites
- Engaging in general gardening tasks including digging, turfing, pruning, and site clearance
Qualifications
- Gardening/landscaping experience, or similar background
- Over 21 years of age and hold a full UK driving licence
- Willingness to undergo full training and external courses
