WorkNest is on an exciting growth journey, strengthened by our recent substantial investment. As a result of this investment we are recruiting for employment law advisors to provide high quality, pragmatic, and efficient advice to WorkNest’s SME and, as required, to LME and Mid-Market clients.
WorkNest offer the UK’s top fixed-fee legal and ER advisory service. Your goal will be to help clients achieve their business objectives while ensuring legal compliance in line with our professional standards.

What we’re looking for
We are looking for a qualified legal professional (Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive) or a candidate with equivalent HR/ER qualification and/or relevant experience. Ideal candidates will have over 2 years’ experience providing employment law & employee relations advice in a legal or HR environment. We also welcome newly qualified legal professionals with at least 2 years’ experience as a trainee or paralegal within an employment law setting.
