What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead, coach, and develop the internal sales team to exceed targets and deliver outstanding service
• Set, monitor, and manage performance goals for individuals and the team
• Work closely with suppliers and technical specialists to create opportunities for growth
• Oversee sales administration, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently
• Build strong customer relationships—handling queries directly and spotting opportunities to upsell across our product portfolio
• Drive quotation management by leading from the front and encouraging best practice

What We’re Looking For

• A natural leader who thrives in a team environment
• Someone with strong customer service experience (sales background is a bonus, but not essential)
• Ideally exposure to manufacturing, MRO, PPE, or trade counters—but don’t worry, full training is provided
• Hands-on managers who enjoy supporting their team while staying connected with customers
