Senior Asset Manager
We are seeking an experienced property professional to support the commercial and operational performance of a high-profile mixed-use estate. Working across property management, asset performance, stakeholder engagement and estate governance, you will play a key role in protecting long-term value while enhancing the occupier experience.
The successful candidate will bring a strong commercial mindset, with significant experience operating within complex real estate environments. You will be confident managing occupier relationships, interpreting leases, supporting governance processes and identifying opportunities to improve asset performance.
This is a senior client-side appointment offering the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing success of a landmark destination, working across a diverse estate while partnering with colleagues across operations, finance and asset management.
