Mae yna gyfle arbennig iawn yn Eryri, Môn a Llŷn i gyflogi Rheolwr Adfer Natur. Rôl newydd ei sefydlu o fewn yr Ymddiriedolaeth Genedlaethol i arwain ar ein huchelgais cefn gwlad a helpu i gyflawni ein gweledigaeth ar gyfer y dyfodol, gan greu rhwydwaith cenedlaethol i adfer natur.
Ar hyn o bryd rydym yn gweithio ar ein cynlluniau tair a deng mlynedd a fydd yn ein gyrru i gyflawni cadwraeth tirwedd sylweddol dros 60,000 erw o dir yr Ymddiriedolaeth Genedlaethol gan gynnwys Gwarchodfeydd Natur Genedlaethol eiconig a nifer o safleoedd dynodedig eraill. Yn ogystal, byddwn yn gweithio mewn partneriaeth â’n tenantiaid a’n porwyr i lunio busnesau fferm gyda natur wrth eu calon a chyda sefydliadau eraill. Byddwn hefyd yn edrych i weithio’n ehangach gyda phartneriaid ar draws ein tir a thu hwnt i’n ffiniau i alluogi adfer natur ar raddfa fwy.
Mae’r swydd yn 0.9FTE (4½ diwrnod neu gyfwerth). Bydd y gallu i gyfathrebu’n rhugl trwy gyfrwng y Gymraeg yn hanfodol ar gyfer y rôl hon.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of highly experienced volunteers to achieve conservation objectives, manage access provisions, and stage sites.
- Work with senior senior team members such as the Landscape Coordinator, Chief Site Manager, Property Manager and broader management team within the Estate Management Team.
- Plan and deliver conservation strategies across Eryri, Môn and Llŷn to secure a high quality landscape that supports our climate change vision.
- Develop policies and actions at a strategic level to enhance the landscape while ensuring the call from our supporters to access the Yorkshire and to enjoy it.
- Co-operate with a range of partners, tenants, residents and community groups to achieve shared objectives.

- Arbenigedd ecolegol neu reoli tir wedi’i gymhwyso i adfer natur ar raddfa tirwedd.
- Sgoliau arweinyddiaeth a chyfathrebu i ysbrydoli timau, gwirfoddolwyr a phartneriaid.
- Gallu i ddylanwadu a negodi’n effeithiol i gyflawni canlyniadau uchelegeisiol ar y cyd.
- Gwydn ac addasadwy, gydag arddull gweithio gydweithredol ac ymrwymiad i ymgysylltu cynhwysol.
- Llwyddiant profedig yn arwain newid a chyflawni atebion arloesol ar gyfer natur, cymunedau a gwydnwch hinsawdd.
- Eiriolwr ymroddedig a beiddgar dros yr amgylchedd naturiol, yn gallu rhannu gwybodaeth a brwdfrydedd â chynulleidfaoedd amrywiol trwy ddulliau wedi’u teilwra.

- Meddlywr strategol yn gallu llunio gweledigaeth hirdymor sy’n cyd-fynd ag uchelgeisiau rhanbarthol a chenedlaethol.
