Job Description:

n As a Lead Software Engineer in Cloud Foundational Services, you will enhance, build, and deliver secure, stable, and scalable technology products. You will lead delivery across multiple technical domains while staying hands-on with design, development, testing, and troubleshooting. You will help define and reinforce engineering standards that support firm objectives. You will contribute to a culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect.n Build the cloud-native foundations that help teams across JPMorganChase deliver secure, reliable technology at scale. You’ll work in an agile, cloud-focused environment where your ideas shape how we design, build, test, and run critical platforms. You’ll also help strengthen our engineering standards and continuously improve the developer and operational experience.Design, develop, test, and troubleshoot complex, large-scale cloud-native systems using creative approaches to overcome technical challenges n Lead by example in delivering secure, high-quality production code n Review and debug code written by others, and share knowledge to support and develop junior talent n Drive adoption of modern software engineering practices and leading-edge technologies n Contribute to a team culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect nDemonstrated ability to deliver system design, application development, testing, and operational stability for multi-tenant platforms n Proficiency in at least one modern programming language n Proficiency across the Software Development Life Cycle n Understanding of agile methodologies, application resiliency, infrastructure cost management, and least-privilege security principles n Experience with Java, Python, or Go n
