Salary: GBP 25.31 – GBP 37.96 per hour + PAYE

Carpenter Charge Hand Required – BBV HS2, Lichfield

We are currently looking for an experienced Carpenter Charge Hand to join our team on the BBV HS2 project in Lichfield.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading carpentry teams on construction or civil engineering projects
• Valid CSCS Card
• SSSTS preferred but not essential
• Strong understanding of health & safety procedures
• Ability to organise workloads and maintain high-quality standards

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate site carpenters
• Ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to specification
• Liaise with site management and other trades
• Maintain productivity and quality across the work area
