⭐ What you’ll do

  • Lead change journeys from first conversation to fully embedded practice
  • Train, mentor and support practitioners and managers
  • Partner with senior leaders to drive and sustain cultural change
  • Champion voice‑of‑the‑child practice and challenge constructively when progress stalls
  • Run workshops, present updates, and support change champions
  • Help build routine quality assurance around practice

⭐ Who we’re looking for

You may come from social care, education, health, L&D, training, coaching, facilitation, or any role centred on people development and behavioural change.

What matters most is your ability to:

  • Lead people through meaningful, lasting change
  • Build trust and win hearts and minds
  • Hold senior leaders to account
  • Support practitioners with empathy and confidence
  • Deliver measurable adoption and outcomes

Experience with Ofsted frameworks, case management systems or change methodologies (ADKAR, APMG, PRINCE2) is helpful but not essential.

⭐ What’s on offer

  • A role with genuine purpose and impact
  • Supportive, collaborative team
  • Real investment in your development
  • Pension, life insurance, Health Cash Plan
  • Hybrid working + regular travel
  • £35,000–£45,000 salary (flexible for exceptional candidates)
  • Full UK driving licence required
