Our client is a well-established charitable organisation with strong ties to Israel, seeking a motivated Private Client Solicitor, Probate Executive or Chartered Legal Executive to join its friendly Legacy team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified Solicitor or experienced Probate Executive to develop their career while managing a varied caseload of Wills, Probate and Estate Administration matters within a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Probate and Estate Administration matters.
- Draft Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
- Prepare Probate applications and assist with inheritance tax matters.
- Liaise with executors, beneficiaries and professional advisers.
- Deliver a compassionate and professional service to clients.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor (NQ–2 years’ PQE), Chartered Legal Executive or Probate Executive.
- Experience in Wills, Probate or Private Client law.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
