Overview

My client is a firm providing contracts management and claims experience to a wide range of clients for projects in the U.K., U.S.A. and the E.U. The role is a hybrid position between the U.K. and the U.S.A., with approximately 50/50 work distribution in each country, focused on a large industrial new build project in the U.S.A.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage contracts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Handle contract claims and related matters.
• Add value to the client by providing strategic advice and solutions.
• Travel as required; role is half based in the U.S.A.

Qualifications

• Qualified Quantity Surveyor with a BSc in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
• MRICS membership preferred.
• Minimum 12 years experience in contracts administration and management.
• Experience in new build industrial or power generation projects.
• Experience with claims is advantageous.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: £108,000 to £132,000 per annum. Accommodation, travel, and 25 days holiday provided. Contract or freelance options may be considered.
