Therapeutic Children’s Home Registered Manager

Sgs-Care-Ltd is looking for an experienced Registered Manager for their Children’s Residential Home in Salisbury. The role involves leading a dedicated care team, ensuring compliance with Ofsted, and maintaining a therapeutic environment for children aged 6–18 with EBD and complex needs.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, be confident in daily operations management, and have a minimum of 2 years experience in a Children’s Home. A competitive salary of £48,000 to £52,000 is offered along with various benefits including 30 days annual leave and a pension scheme.
