The Role

We are seeking an experienced admissions professional to lead our pupil recruitment, enrolment, and retention efforts. This is a hands-on leadership position requiring deep expertise in admissions management to maintain a strong presence among prospective families and the local community.

  • Lead the planning and execution of Open Mornings, school tours, and education fairs.
  • Host private tours for prospective families and educational agents.
  • Engage local feeder schools for key entry points (11+, 13+, and 16+) and build strong relationships with internal academic staff.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Proven track record of success in admissions management within the independent education sector.
  • Proficient with school MIS/admissions databases, Excel, and Word, with a keen eye for data accuracy.
  • Comfortable managing daily administrative compliance while simultaneously driving strategy.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a warm, welcoming demeanour.
  • Deeply aligned with a school culture rooted in kindness, respect, and collaborative excellence.
