Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator

The Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator role in Newport offers a permanent position with a salary of up to £34,500 and excellent benefits.

What you’ll be doing:

• Coordinate warehouse and logistics activities
• Manage SAP stock and inventory transactions
• Support import/export and customs processes
• Liaise with external warehouses and transport providers
• Conduct stock counts and inventory checks
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies
• Support month‑end stock reconciliation activities
• Monitor MES production‑related errors
• Replenish materials for production operations

What we’re looking for:

• Experience within warehouse, logistics, inventory or supply chain environments
• SAP SD experience
• Good understanding of stock control processes
• Strong problem‑solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Forklift experience (desirable)
• Import/export or customs knowledge (advantageous)
