The successful candidate will:
- Be passionate about inclusion and ensuring every child feels safe, valued and able to succeed.
- Have a strong understanding of the barriers faced by pupils with SEND, SEMH needs and EBSA.
- Be able to establish trusting relationships with pupils and families to improve engagement and attendance.
- Work effectively with teachers, the SENDCo, the SEMH Lead, Inclusion Lead and external professionals to provide high-quality support.
- Demonstrate patience, resilience and a commitment to achieving positive outcomes for vulnerable learners.
