Salary: £42,000 – 72,500 per year

Requirements

• At least 7 years of deep technical experience designing, developing, and launching scalable AI applications built around LLMs and RAG.
• Active SC Clearance is mandatory.
• Active NPPV3 clearance is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to merge advanced AI workflows with standard IT infrastructure, database systems, and secure networks.
• Strong commitment to rigorous testing, continuous monitoring, and operational support models for live AI applications.

Responsibilities

• We will design and deploy production‑ready multi‑agent ecosystems with advanced tool calling, state management, long‑term memory, and autonomous execution.
• We will create and operationalise complex AI workflows using modern orchestration frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
• We will implement secure integration patterns, including Model Context Protocol (MCP), to connect LLMs with client data, tools, and legacy systems.
• We will establish reusable architectural patterns, robust evaluation pipelines, and standardised deployment frameworks to scale AI from prototype to enterprise use.
• We will develop high‑performance APIs and integrate vector databases into live, automated business workflows.
• We will embed AI safety measures, comprehensive logging, automated guardrails, and human‑in‑the‑loop controls to support responsible and compliant behaviour.
• We will collaborate on cloud‑native CI/CD pipelines and MLOps/LLMOps practices for highly regulated environments.
