Job Description:

About Studio Teni

Studio Teni is a London-based luxury interior design studio founded by Creative Director Teni Agboola. We specialise in the bespoke transformation of high-end residential and commercial spaces, working with discerning private clients in the UK and internationally. Our studio has a highly engaged social media presence on TikTok and Instagram, which plays a central role in how we attract and connect with clients.

About the Role

This is not a creative role – Teni maintains full creative control. We are looking for an exceptional executor: someone with 3–5 years of interior design experience who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinate our interns, support client delivery, and help grow the studio. This is a part time engagement (3 days/week). Continuation is reviewed monthly based on performance and output.

Key Responsibilities

▸ Manage multiple live projects – timelines, budgets, milestones

▸ Produce and interpret CAD drawings, floor plans, electrical & lighting layouts

▸ Oversee procurement of materials, furniture and finishes

▸ Prepare client presentations in PowerPoint

▸ Support Instagram and TikTok content planning and shoot days

▸ Manage and delegate to a team of three interns

▸ Attend site visits, client meetings, and mandatory studio briefings

▸ Contribute to the day-to-day running of the studio

You will need:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in interior design or closely related field
  • Proficiency in CAD – able to produce floor plans independently
  • Strong project management across multiple concurrent projects
  • Experience with procurement and supplier management
  • Social media content experience (Instagram / TikTok)
  • Confidence managing junior team members
  • Polished, client-facing communication skills

Before applying, please confirm:

  1. You have a minimum of 3 years of professional interior design or design-adjacent experience
  2. You are proficient in CAD and can produce floor plans independently
  3. You have contributed to social media content for a design or creative brand
  4. You are comfortable attending site visits across London and occasionally further afield
  5. You have managed projects involving procurement, scheduling, and client-facing documentation

Applications without a CV and portfolio will not be progressed.

How to Apply

Apply via LinkedIn with your CV and a portfolio (CAD drawings or projects you have actively supported from concept to delivery).
