Level 3 Nursery Assistant — Full/Bank, Term-Time

Vision for Education – Brighton is looking for an enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to support children aged 2–4 in a nurturing and stimulating environment in Heathfield, East Sussex. This role offers both full-time and flexible bank staff options.

The ideal candidate must hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare and possess strong organizational skills. You will work closely with a dedicated team to foster children’s independence and teamwork while providing excellent education.

The position requires physical fitness and flexibility in working hours, typically between 8am and 4pm during term-time.
