Senior Practitioner: NQSW Mentor in Children’s Social Work

Connect2Luton is excited to recruit a Senior Practitioner for Luton Borough Council’s Children Services. In this role, you will support NQSWs throughout their assessed year of employment within the Social Work Academy, helping them navigate their practice development and career pathways.

The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in child and family social work and mentoring, providing reflective supervision, guiding on complex cases, and ensuring excellence across Children Services.
