Fundraising & Marketing Officer – Part‑time

Position Start: 01/09/2026, Contract, Term: Fixed, 35hrs per week (term time only). Application close: 12/07/2026 midnight.

Overview

Join our dynamic Multi‑Academy Trust as a key member of our central team. This role is not a routine office position – it shapes how our values‑led education charity sustains and expands its work in local communities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives that increase charitable income, strengthen pupil recruitment, secure grant funding and raise the public profile of our schools.
  • Explore new, ethical ways to generate income directly supporting better opportunities for children.
  • Build and nurture relationships with partners, supporters and community organisations.
  • Turn ideas into compelling bids or campaigns, and write proposals and marketing materials.
  • Deliver measurable growth that covers and exceeds the cost of the role.

Qualifications and Attributes

  • Commercially minded but values‑driven.
  • Confident in building relationships with partners, supporters and community organisations.
  • A strong writer who can turn a good idea into a compelling bid or campaign.
  • Energised by targets and motivated by social impact rather than profit.
  • Experience or interest in fundraising, marketing or related fields (preferred).
