We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices and ensure the successful delivery of projects. The Scrum Master will act as a servant leader, guiding cross‑functional teams in adopting Agile methodologies, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach team members on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and self‑organization.
• Remove obstacles and impediments that may impact team productivity and delivery.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure the product backlog is well‑defined, prioritized, and ready for development.
• Track sprint progress and team performance using Agile metrics and reporting tools.
• Foster collaboration and communication among team members and stakeholders.
• Support teams in delivering high‑quality products within agreed timelines.
• Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and process optimization.
• Ensure adherence to Agile and Scrum best practices across projects.
• Work closely with leadership to drive Agile transformation initiatives.
