As a Stock Condition Surveyor you will be:
- Carry out general day‑to‑day maintenance tasks.
- Conduct stock condition surveys on tenanted and non‑tenanted properties.
- Schedule and coordinate day‑to‑day repair work.
- Identify the root cause of maintenance issues and oversee trades on site while they carry out repairs.
I’d love to speak to anyone who has:
- Experience in diagnosing repairs and undertaking stock condition surveys to residential properties.
- Ability to work at pace and adapt to change.
- Experience within social housing.
The interim role is offering:
- Hybrid working.
- Weekly pay Via Umbrella.
- The role is offering a competitive hourly rate of £35‑40 per hour.
