Office Manager
We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Office Manager to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll oversee the day-to-day running of the office, lead our administrative team, and ensure our operations run smoothly. You’ll work closely with our clinicians and support teams to deliver an exceptional experience for both patients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office and administrative functions.
- Lead, motivate and support the administrative team, managing workloads and performance.
- Oversee patient administration, including appointments, correspondence and record management.
- Act as the first point of contact for operational and HR-related queries.
- Manage office facilities, equipment, suppliers and contractors.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and staff development.
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies, GDPR and health & safety requirements.
- Support finance and business development with administrative reporting and data management.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and office efficiency.
- Provide regular operational updates to senior leadership.
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- Previous experience in an Office Manager or similar leadership role.
- Experience managing and developing a team.
- Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Professional, proactive and confident handling confidential information.
Desirable
- Experience within a healthcare, clinical or private practice environment.
- Familiarity with patient management or CRM systems (such as JotForm or Salesforce).
- Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding or basic financial administration.
