Salary: £60,000 – £72,500 per annum, with a £7,200 Car Allowance (Salary Sacrifice option), HMRC Mileage, 16% Private Pension, 33 days Holiday (3 additional holidays over Christmas), 10 purchasable days, 3x Life Insurance, Healthcare Cash Back, and Sick Pay. Home, Field and Office based. Commutable from Longmoor, Liphook, Haselmere, Four Marks, Waterlooville, Southampton, Aldershot, Guildford, and surrounding areas.

Are you a Project Manager or similar professional in Construction, Civil Engineering, Hard Facilities, or M&E? This role offers an autonomous, end‑to‑end project oversight experience with robust support and technical training.

The Role

• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously within a 2‑hour radius of your home location.
• Work as part of a core team of 5 PMs and additional administrative resources.
• Ensure site safety is conducted to the highest standard.
• Report to all key stakeholders to guarantee effective project delivery.
• Benefit from further career progression and technical training.

The Person

• Hold a UK licence.
• Have a background in Project Management.
