Batch Plant Manager | Mon–Fri, Lead Safe Production

Nicholas Associates Group Limited is looking for an experienced Batch Plant Manager in Middlesbrough. You will oversee daily operations of the batching plant, manage production and quality standards, and lead the site team to ensure a safe and efficient operation.

The ideal candidate will have a background in managing production environments, strong leadership skills, and a good understanding of health and safety regulations. This is a full-time role with a competitive, negotiable salary based on experience.
