RSC+ Manager – Coventry – Monday to Friday – 07:30 to 17:00

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable RSC+ Manager, preferably with a background in hire or engineering, to manage our busy depot in Coventry.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Coventry depot and lead the team to deliver customer-focused service.
- Proactively run the depot, drive the business forward and maintain first-class customer service.
- Ensure Health and Safety practices are understood and followed within the workplace.
- Demonstrate accountability and ownership to achieve operational objectives.
- Adapt to change in a fast-paced, diverse environment and manage workload under deadlines.
- Utilise PC skills and understand basic financials, including budgets and profit and loss considerations.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing a team
- Customer focused
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure to strict deadlines
- Experience of Health and Safety practices at work
- Ability to understand and work with profit and loss accounts and budgets
- Capability to take ownership and responsibility
- Ability to adapt to individual and operational change in a diverse and fast-paced organisation
- PC literate
- General knowledge of the construction industry and trades including products
- Previous experience of the hire process would be an advantage
- Ability to support your business unit/team to deliver ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver
- Driving licence
