Location: London (Primary Location Only)

Overview

We seek US or UK qualified accountants with significant PCAOB & SEC auditing and reporting experience to support capital markets clients, including SEC foreign private issuers and US IPO preparations.

Your key responsibilities

• Utilize PCAOB audits, US GAAP, SOX and SEC reporting expertise.
• Lead and deliver technical accounting support.
• Project manage transactions and coach teams.
• Build an international professional network.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified US CPA or UK equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years PCAOB audit experience.
• Extensive knowledge of US GAAP, with baseline IFRS.
• Experience serving clients in capital raising.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate, manage projects and people.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
