t.Key Responsibiliti

• esDraft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts and terms and condition
• s.Support stakeholders throughout the full commercial lifecycle, from bid and tender stage through to contract executio
• n.Provide commercially focused legal advice on contractual and business matter
• s.Identify legal and commercial risks, recommending practical mitigation strategie
• s.Support the wider compliance programme, including advising on compliance-related matter
• s.Deliver legal and compliance training to internal stakeholders where require
• d.Manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality legal support to the busines
• s.Build strong relationships across the organisation, acting as a trusted legal advise

r.About Y

ouTo be successful, you’ll brin

• g:Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE (or equivalent experience
• ).Strong experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial contract
• s.Previous in-house legal experience, ideally within sectors such as technology, telecommunications, financial services, public sector or other regulated industrie
• s.A commercial mindset with the ability to provide practical, business-focused legal advic
• e.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skill
• s.The ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within a wider tea
