Job responsibilities

THE PHARMACIST NETWORKLead Pharmacist – Business Development

Field-based, Sheffield | Salary DOE + Commission + Expenses

You know what good GP pharmacy looks like. You’ve seen what a well-deployed pharmacist or technician can do for a practice. Now you want to do something with that knowledge at scale.

The Pharmacist Network places clinical pharmacy teams — pharmacists and pharmacy technicians — into GP practices and PCNs across the UK. We’re pharmacist-led, clinically driven, and growing. We’re looking for someone to join our senior team and help us develop those partnerships further.

What we’re looking for

You’ll need to have worked in GP as a pharmacist and understand — from the inside — how practices and PCNs operate. That’s the foundation everything else is built on.

Beyond that:

  • Experienced in NHS primary care with a genuine understanding of GP pharmacy workforce models
  • Comfortable in commercial conversations as well as clinical ones
  • Strong communicator — you can present confidently to a room and build rapport quickly
  • Self-directed — you can manage your own time and priorities without being chased
  • Full UK driving licence

Why this role

It’s not a clinical role in the traditional sense — but the clinical credibility is what makes it work. You’ll be talking to people who understand pharmacy, and your background is what gets the conversation started.

What you’ll get:

  • Competitive base salary, dependent on experience
  • A clear, transparent commission structure
  • Full travel expenses
  • Access to our leadership team and a genuine input into how we grow

Interested?

Apply now, or get in touch for an informal conversation first. We’re happy to talk through the role before you decide whether to apply.
