Adaptable Recruitment is hiring a full-time Executive Administrator to support a busy Residential Conveyancing team at a well-established legal practice. This onsite role is ideal for candidates with legal administrative experience and strong organisational skills.

- Salary: £28,000–£30,000 per year (depending on experience)
- Contract Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities
- Manage conveyancing files (digital and hard copy)
- Conduct ID checks, file opening/closure, archiving, and data updates
- Draft standard documents under supervision
- Process contracts, SDLT forms, and Land Registry applications
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Produce billing documentation and liaise with Finance
- Maintain and update the Case Management System
- Handle scanning, copying, filing, and document production
- Answer and direct calls for the conveyancing team
- Support process improvements
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in residential conveyancing or legal property administration
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in IT and legal case management systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Commercial awareness and ability to meet deadlines
Desirable
- Experience with SOS Case Management System
