UK Head of Compliance & MLRO (SMF16/17) – Hybrid London

Sterling Williams LTD in London is seeking an experienced Head of Compliance/MLRO to own the UK compliance and financial crime framework. The role combines hands-on delivery with strategic oversight, reporting to the senior leadership and interacting with the wider European team.

You will hold SMF16 & SMF17 approvals, oversee regulatory compliance, and guide the business through ongoing regulatory change in a hybrid setup with three days in the office. Salary up to £140,000 plus benefits.
