This is a Leeds agency that wrote the brand guidelines for one of the country’s most recognisable public institutions. Forty years in branding, and the last fifteen spent deliberately specialising in health – the NHS, digital health, public health, and the charities working alongside them. B Corp certified, growing fast right now, at a time of year most agencies go quiet – they need people to make the work happen.
The Role
You’ll own delivery across a hybrid remit – part project management, part production, part studio traffic. The work is varied and shoot-heavy. Regular video and stills productions, plus print, digital and influencer content, all running concurrently.
You’ll turn client briefs into production plans and schedules, coordinate internal teams and external suppliers, and keep multiple live projects moving – chasing actions, clearing blockers, protecting deadlines. You’ll also own the financial lifecycle: estimates, proposals, invoicing, reconciliation, forecasting.
You’ll be a day-to-day client contact, leading meetings and building the relationships that bring repeat work. This isn’t a messenger role. You’ll contribute to how the account runs, not just relay between teams.
The Package
- £36,000 – £40,000
- On-site working
- Non-hierarchical approach to how projects are assigned
- Fair working practices
- B Corp certified, with a published Impact Report and Carbon Reduction Plan
The Person
You’re a competent Project Manager/Producer working inside a creative, design or communications agency. Level matters less than reliability – the priority is someone who consistently gets work over the line.
You’ve run a genuinely varied output mix, and you’re comfortable managing one-to two-day shoots. You likely came up through account handling and moved into production, or have combined both. You thrive on many smaller projects rather than a handful of large ones, and you’re organised, flexible, and assertive about deadlines.
