You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Perform investment data interrogation and reconciliations using modern tools; investigate breaks with operational teams and vendors.
  • Liaise with data vendors, custodians, and investment teams to resolve data and reporting issues, ensuring SLAs are met.
  • Evaluate business requests for new data and participate in design, implementation, and testing of data solutions.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to data collection, maintenance, timeliness, and reporting.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in sourcing, validating, and governing data.
  • Identify and apply new technologies to improve data management and reporting processes (including Microsoft Power Automate).
  • Operate on ad hoc data management and reporting requests from the Data Services department.
  • Nurture and maintain internal relationships across all levels of the Fund, collaborating locally and internationally.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislative and organisational requirements, and advocate for continuous improvement in governance and risk management.

What You’ll Bring

You’re a detail‑oriented and analytically minded data professional who enjoys working with complex investment data, improving data quality, and partnering across teams to deliver meaningful outcomes.

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

  • Working knowledge of SQL, Python, and APIs.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence through data knowledge and attention to detail.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to contribute effectively within cross‑functional teams.
